SERCT is the culmination of the intense desire of a group of youths who wanted to give something back to the society in terms of society development& women empowerment. These Youths are came together to work in an unorganized manner to start with. However, it was felt that the intervention required much more sincere efforts started by a small group of youth people in the rural part of khorda with a specific vision to work for the most backwards in the late part of2020, encouraged by the response it was decided to make the organization a formal one by registering it with the proper authorities. From the inception of the organization in 2020,since then the trust has not looked back and is working for fulfilling long-term objectives of serving the universal common good.
